How to work with the Derivative House Systems.
One of the best books out there is Sophia Masons Book called “From One House To Another” to really understand this system. The hardest part is grasping the concept at looking at the chart and turning it in your mind. After a lot of practice, it gets easier. When you are proficient you can look at the chart and move houses in your head without moving the chart. This is what experienced Astrologers do. Met Sophia Mason at a conference one time, we talked till the next class began. Unusual woman and charming in her own way. Gave me lots of hidden tips to read a chart.
A lot of Astrologers disagree with some of my many uses of the Derivative House System being used in a Natal, Lunar, Solar or Tertiary Charts. Most of these people lack the ability to really comprehend my style of reading a chart and get upset with my use of this system. The Trump Inauguration Chart is a prime example. The reason this is used because of all the “Trump Derangement Syndrome” amongst many Astrologers. This only proves that they do not belong in the Astrology Field and should seek another career. Emotions do not belong in Astrology. Politics or Tarot Card Reading would be a great choice for them in the future. There are also many illuminated Astrologers who know how to read a chart without getting personally involved with the Chart. These people belong in the Astrology Field and do a great job for their clients. They give Astrology a good name, not some Tarot Card Reader claiming to be an Astrologer. If you have ever gone to see a Psychologist, you will note, they are not emotionally involved in their clients either. This is the mark of a good Astrologer who is not involved with their clients personal lives or outcomes.
Today’s date is 8/14/25, look at what has been accomplished with this chart. More has been done in the last 7 months than in the last 50 years to help America to “Become Strong Again”. The beginning of the rise of America is here, it will take 5 years for Americans to stop fighting. Just like it took the last time in 1861 thru 1866. Learn from history and you will not repeat it again.
A good example would be: You are talking to the client about their Solar Return and they ask a question about their children. You immediately look at the Fifth House as being the First House of the question and turn the chart in your mind to the House concerning the question to get the answer. It is better this way because you are using parts of your left and right Brain functions. By doing this, it also activates your Intuition between the two sides of the Brain. All experienced Astrologers know this because they are not part of the equation. By equation, I mean, not emotionally tied into their client’s question.
