Pluto: Looting Is Considered A Crime
Looting is ruled by Pluto: Let’s talk about the act of looting other people stuff. This a crime because they are stealing and taking these items by force. It usually happens during a weather event (hurricane/tornado).
There are others such as a riots, political events, protests or war. This is a time when the Police are overwhelmed with crime and cannot stop the looting. A lot of times the National Guard is called in to deal with looters. The items stolen are called spoils, loot or booty.
During wartime, looting has happened with some victorious armies throughout history. This goes back as far as Mesopotamia, Greeks and Roman Armies. It even continued during WW l and WW ll. After this time, it was prohibited by International Law but still continues to this day in some areas of Africa and Far East but is still considered a War Crime. This has always been a common practice for Armies to loot due to the low wages they were paid in Ancient and Medieval Times.
When a disaster strikes, generally it is every man, woman and child for themselves. Sad to say, but the police are too busy to worry about looters. Eventually, it will be controlled using the National Guard if it is serious enough. The end result will be some of the looters will be prosecuted but not all. The important thing is for you to protect yourself and family from looters. Do whatever it takes to protect your family from the looters. This too shall pass in a short time.
