The pieces of the global chess board are shifting around dramatically with Ukraine signing a 10 year defence agreement with Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Ukraine has grown into one of the world’s leading producers of cutting-edge, battle-tested drone interceptors that are cheap and effective. In return Zelensky is seeking high-end air-defence missiles that Kyiv needs to counter Russia’s attacks. Last week Zelenskyy said that Ukraine was looking into whether it could play a role in restoring security in the strait of Hormuz. And he wants to build long-term ties with Middle Eastern countries in the energy sector, investment and sharing battlefield experience.
The initial Ukraine Invasion Declaration chart from 23 February 2022 9pm will move into a new phase after an almighty upheaval come August this year onwards as tr Uranus is square the Sun. Though the intense and destructive do-or-die challenges from the conjunction of Mars and Pluto won’t recede till well after mid 2027, once the Solar Arc Mars moves over the Pluto.
The Ukraine chart, 24 August 1991 2.31pm Kyiv, will shift into a different gear as tr Uranus moves into Gemini in late April and squares the Virgo Sun. With hints from the recent February Aquarius and August Leo Solar Eclipses connecting with their Aquarius Moon opposition Jupiter, Mercury, Venus that there might be odd rays of sunshine through the continuing upset. Like all the ex-Soviet countries born during the triple conjunction in Capricorn, Ukraine will be facing major changes come 2028 onwards as tr Neptune moves to square their Uranus etc. So the aftermath will not be settled with a deadlock come 2031 from SA Pluto square Mars – but that may not be connected to this Russia standoff.
Zelensky’s Term chart, 20 May 2019 10 am Kyiv, is in a rapidly changing year. Try Uranus is exactly conjunct the Sun at the moment till early April which suggests a new direction; with even more radical change from tr Pluto square the Uranus Venus in the second half of the year. The Mars is being undermined this year by tr Neptune through this October which suggest failure of one hope or project.
Zelensky himself, 25 January 1978 2pm Krivoj Rog, Ukraine is rattled at the moment with tr Uranus square his Saturn till early April; followed by the highly pressured tr Pluto conjunct his Sun Venus now till late June and again into 2027.
The Ukraine/Saudi and Ukraine/Qatar relationship charts are volatile with a composite Mars square Pluto for one and Mars trine Saturn for the other – so well -suited to defence/military cooperation but for the same reason could be problematic if alliances swung in other directions. Both charts look to be on edge and highly charged through this year.
