Pluto in Capricorn – The Final Countdown

Pluto in Capricorn – The Final Countdown

Pluto is now at 29° Capricorn. These are the final two weeks of Pluto in Capricorn, marking the end of a 16-year era.

On November 19th, 2024, Pluto enters Aquarius, initiating a new 2-decade Aquarian era.

But to truly move forward, we need to make sure we’ve learned our lessons. Otherwise, Pluto’s move into Aquarius won’t make much difference; we’ll keep repeating the same mistakes, both individually and collectively. “The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, but in ourselves.”

Of course, real change takes time. That’s why Pluto transits are so long!

Pluto initially exposes the dirt. The process of confronting the corruption and what’s decayed eventually leads us to find better, more sustainable solutions.

Pluto in Capricorn (2008-2024) General Themes:

Economic Restructuring and Financial Systems: The 2008 global financial crisis revealed major flaws in financial systems, leading to systemic reforms and increased regulations (Capricorn themes).

–> In response, alternative economic initiatives like cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin) and crowdfunding platforms (e.g., Kickstarter) emerged.

Centralization of Power and Authority at the Top: Movements like #MeToo, the Epstein scandal, and more recently, allegations against figures like P. Diddy have brought to light the abuse of authority and the hidden dynamics of power and secrecy.

–> In response, society has grown more aware of the flaws in top-down hierarchical systems. In 2024, it’s much harder to exploit those with less power than it was in 2008 because people have become more vigilant, and such abuses are far less tolerated.

Structural Shifts In Society: Back in 2008, societal structures were dominated by big government and large corporations. The average individual had limited choices, often confined to a 9-to-5 lifestyle with little room for personal growth or flexibility.

–> The Covid-19 crisis destabilized these Capricorn structures. As a result, people now enjoy more freedom, with many working from home. Others, after experiencing the trauma of job loss, have found new, more authentic career paths.

Pluto – Disempowerment, Awareness, Transformation

Pluto’s process is always the same: disempowerment, awareness, and transformation. It’s through an initial experience of disempowerment that we discover our inner strength and power.

During Pluto in Capricorn’s transit, we’ve seen various forms of disempowerment, like the overreach of institutional control – whether from family, state, corporations, or other hierarchical systems.

The traditional idea that you can have one career, stay in one job, and then retire with a reliable pension has become increasingly uncertain.

Pluto has taught us that we need to rely less on the stability provided by the state or large corporations and continuously reinvent ourselves to adapt and secure resources in new, self-sufficient ways.

The silver lining of these disempowering experiences is the awareness and transformation that follow. You may have felt crushed by external pressures – mortgages, job demands, or social roles – but these experiences have also taught you new ways to build resilience, develop skills, and tap into previously unused inner resources.

Pluto In Capricorn (2008-2016) Personal Impact

These Pluto in Capricorn themes have impacted you at a personal level, depending on your natal chart.

To understand how Pluto in Capricorn has been influencing you, you look at the house transited by Pluto in Capricorn, as well as the aspects Pluto has made with other planets in your natal chart.

When you connect the dots between the broader Pluto in Capricorn themes we briefly discussed and the specifics of your own natal chart, the lessons become clear.

Pluto In Aquarius – A New Era, A New You

In “PLUTO IN AQUARIUS – A New Era, A New You” we go through this transformative process step by step.

In the 1st module of the program, we do a retrospective of Pluto in Capricorn – the bad, the ugly, and especially the good, because Pluto’s trials always serve a greater purpose.

Then, at the exact moment of Pluto’s ingress into Aquarius (November 19th), we begin the 2nd module, “Crossing The Threshold“, where we focus on embracing this transition with awareness.

Pluto in Aquarius doesn’t have to be a continuation of the same challenges. When we understand what Pluto in Aquarius invites us to explore at a deep, visceral level, we can align with the universe’s flow, rather than resist it.

In the 3rd module of the program (starting Nov. 26th), we shift our focus to the upcoming 20-year Pluto in Aquarius transit. We look at the big picture, including key aspects, and then delve into its impact on your personal natal chart.

The program consists of live webinars, live Q&A sessions, as well as recorded lessons, tutorials and chart examples. The live webinars are on Tuesdays (Nov, 12, 19, 26) and are offered in 2 time zones: 8:00 AM GMT and 12:00 PM PST. The Q&A calls are on Sundays at 9:00 AM PST. If you can’t attend live, you can watch the recordings and submit your questions in advance.
