Mercury moves into sidereal Libra at 3 am Central on Saturday, Sept 26th, and does not leave until Dec. 2nd. That is sixty-seven days in one sign. Mercury normally runs through a sign in about three weeks, and it is the fastest of the visible planets, and this year it stops, turns around, walks backwards for three weeks and then starts over.
