Moon in 9th House people like to travel but there is a double edged sword here. Whether it is across the country or to foreign lands, it opens your hidden emotional trauma from things you see and feel. There is a tendency to be overly emotional during their travels. This travel opens the subconscious up to new vistas of emotional fulfillment. By looking at other cultures and belief systems, it helps them to purge bad emotional patterns from your childhood. Just because you see a homeless person in India is no reason to get crazy. Give them money and move on, this is a Karmic situation. Colleges and Higher Learning Institutions can have an impact regarding course material or the professor teaching the course. It is important to be discerning due to prejudice being encountered at these locations. Your emotions can go crazy at rallies or protests. Warning: you could end up in jail if you go all emotional without thinking of the consequences especially if your Moon is afflicted. Look at both sides before making a judgement decision because the Ninth House Moon can be very judgemental about people and situations. Sagittarius rules the Ninth House and has a tendency to say things without thinking. You could also work for a University as a teacher, work in Publishing or a Librarian depending on Moon Sign.
